The side beams and middle beams of this expansion joint are meticulously crafted from rolled 16Mn steel. This robust construction ensures it can endure the vertical load of heavy traffic and horizontal impacts. The anchoring members are securely welded to the beams and the bridge deck's embedded steel, reliably transferring the vehicle load to the abutment. This makes the structure exceptionally durable and suitable for bridges designed for loads of steam - over 20, and hanging - 120.
2. Sensitive Expansion
The displacement control system of this device integrates advanced spring elements, including rubber springs, PTFE pressure bearings, and inclined support members, ensuring uniform displacement and minimal friction during expansion and contraction across all groups.

This device guarantees the free expansion and contraction displacement of the beam, creating a seamless bridge deck joint. This design ensures smooth and comfortable driving experiences.
4. Water Stopping and Corrosion Prevention
Each group of steel beams features a neoprene rubber sealing strip embedded in its groove, tailored according to the bridge width. This provides excellent elastic deformation, waterproof, and dustproof capabilities, effectively protecting the internal components of the expansion joints and the sorghum bottom bearing from erosion.

Designed and manufactured with precision, the displacement of this device ranges from 80 to 1200mm. This flexibility allows bridge design and construction departments to select the appropriate module based on the actual expansion and contraction of the bridge superstructure.
