Features:
1. Sturdy and Reliable
The side beams and middle beams of this expansion joint are precision-engineered from rolled 16Mn steel, capable of withstanding the vertical loads of heavy and high-traffic vehicles, as well as horizontal impacts. Its anchoring members, welded firmly to the beams and the embedded steel of the bridge deck, ensure that vehicular loads are reliably transferred to the abutment. This construction is not only structurally sound and durable but also suited for bridges with design load ratings of steam-over 20 and hanging-120.
2. Sensitive Expansion
The displacement control system of this device incorporates spring elements such as rubber springs, PTFE pressure bearings, or inclined support members, ensuring uniform displacement with minimal friction during expansion and contraction.
3. Smooth Bridge Deck, Comfortable Traveling
This device ensures the seamless expansion and contraction of the beam, forming a smooth and continuous bridge deck joint for a comfortable and smooth driving experience.
4. Water Stopping and Corrosion Prevention
Each group of steel beams features a neoprene rubber sealing strip embedded in the groove, custom-processed according to the bridge width. This sealing strip offers excellent elastic deformation, waterproof, and dustproof capabilities, effectively protecting the internal components of the expansion joints and the sorghum bottom bearing from erosion.
5. Large Displacement, Convenient Selection
Designed and manufactured according to modulus, this device offers displacement ranging from 80 to 1200mm. Bridge design and construction departments can freely select based on the actual expansion and contraction needs of the bridge superstructure.
Telescopic Resistance:
Single-Seam Expansion Joint
1. The compression force is 0.1KN/m during contraction.
2. The longitudinal shear force within the working range of the expansion joint is 2.0KN/m.
Multi-Seam Expansion Joint
1. Compression force during contraction is 0.1KN/m.
2. Tensile force during stretching is 4.0KN/m.
