The RG Type Bridge Expansion Joint device is a state-of-the-art solution for highway bridge construction in China. Using an overall hot-rolled 16Mn special-shaped steel, the GQF-RG type bridge expansion device boasts comprehensive technical performance and indicators that meet or exceed international standards. This innovative structural type and special-shaped steel rolling are pioneering in China, earning it a recommendation for transportation industry standards. Key features of the RG type include a low building height and domestically produced hot-rolled integral formed irregular steel with a height of only 50mm. The RG Type Bridge Expansion Device's rubber sealing strip meets stringent technical requirements. For expansion devices utilizing chloroprene rubber (CR) sealing tape, the optimal temperature range is -25 ºC to +60 ºC. For those using natural rubber (NR) sealing tape, they are suitable for temperatures ranging from -40 ºC to +60 ºC. This ensures the reliability and longevity of the device in various climatic conditions.
