Designed specifically for the critical locations of deformation joints in building floor structures, our Custom Building Expansion Joint Solution is a sophisticated system. This solution features a comprehensive assembly of cover plates, meticulously crafted connecting angle steels, split steel plates, and robust shear anchor bolts or U-shaped steel bars. The cover plate is ingeniously segmented into four parts S, with the left and right cover plates seamlessly embedded into the floor, alongside the connecting angle steel, forming resilient edge protectors and supports. The centerpiece includes two interlocking movable cover plates, securely fixed with countersunk bolts to connect angle steel or T-shaped steel, permitting both horizontal expansion and vertical displacement.
