Perfectly positioned at the deformation joints of building floor structures, our Embedded Expansion Joint system is meticulously engineered. It primarily features cover plates, custom-made connecting angle steels, split steel plates, and either shear anchor bolts or U-shaped steel bars. This sophisticated cover plate system comprises three integral sections: the left and right cover plates which, in conjunction with the connecting angle steel, embed within the floor to provide robust edge protection and support. The central section is a dynamic, movable cover plate, securely affixed on one side with countersunk bolts, while the other side overlaps with the S side, allowing free movement along the angle steel. This innovative design ensures horizontal extension and retraction at the joint.
