Product Description
Bridge Expansion Joint, Modular Expansion Joint
Features:
1. Sturdy and Reliable
Our modular expansion joint is constructed using robust rolled 16Mn steel for both side beams and middle beams. This ensures exceptional durability, capable of withstanding the vertical loads from high-traffic, heavy vehicles, along with horizontal impacts. The anchoring members, welded firmly to the bridge deck, efficiently transfer vehicle loads to the abutment, guaranteeing a structurally sound and long-lasting solution. Designed to support loads of steam over 20 and hanging over 120, it is perfect for modern bridges.
2. Sensitive Expansion
Featuring a highly responsive displacement control system, our expansion joint utilizes components such as rubber springs, PTFE pressure bearings, and inclined support members. This results in uniform displacement and minimal friction during expansion and contraction, ensuring seamless performance across various conditions.
3. Smooth Bridge Deck, Comfortable Traveling
Engineered for a smooth driving experience, our expansion joint allows for free expansion and contraction displacement of the beam, maintaining a seamless bridge deck. This results in a smooth and comfortable journey for all vehicles.
4. Water Stopping and Corrosion Prevention
Each group of steel beams features an embedded neoprene rubber sealing strip that provides excellent elastic deformation, waterproof, and dustproof capabilities. This ensures that internal components and the bottom bearing of the expansion joint are effectively protected from erosion.
5. Large Displacement, Convenient Selection
Our expansion joint system is designed with a displacement range from 80 to 1200mm, allowing bridge design and construction departments the flexibility to select the appropriate module based on the actual expansion and contraction needs of the bridge superstructure.
