The modular single seam of our Flexible Rubber Expansion Joint boasts exceptional durability, comfort, and reliability. Its low structural height makes it an ideal choice for both old bridge renovations and new bridge constructions. This versatile expansion joint accommodates expansion and contraction ranges from 20-120mm, and is available in C40, C60, C80, D40, D60, D80, D100, D120, RG40, RG60, and RG80. Our primary structural forms include C type, RG type, F type, Z type, E type, and M type, ensuring a perfect fit for a variety of applications.
The RG type bridge expansion joint device, a pioneering innovation in China, is designed for highway bridge construction. Constructed from overall hot-rolled 16Mn special-shaped steel, the GQF-RG type bridge expansion device meets or exceeds international standards for technical performance and indicators. With a low building height and uniquely formed irregular steel standing at just 50mm tall, it is perfect for bridges with deck pavement thickness of 80mm or more and an expansion capacity of up to 80mm. This device simplifies the replacement of old bridge expansion joints and is equally effective for new bridge constructions.
Our RG type bridge expansion device features a middle rubber sealing strip with stringent technical requirements. Expansion devices using chloroprene rubber (CR) sealing tapes are suitable for areas with temperatures ranging from -25 ºC to +60 ºC. Meanwhile, devices outfitted with natural rubber (NR) sealing tapes are designed for regions with temperatures between -40 ºC and +60 ºC. These features ensure optimal performance across various climates.
