Product Description
Bridge Expansion Joints, Modular Expansion Joints
Features:
1. Sturdy and Reliable
The side beams and middle beams of this expansion joint are expertly crafted from resilient 16Mn steel, engineered to withstand the vertical loads of high-traffic, heavy-tonnage vehicles as well as lateral impacts. The anchoring components are meticulously welded to both the beams and the bridge deck, ensuring that vehicle loads are effectively transferred to the abutment. This results in a robust and durable product, ideal for bridges designed to handle steam loads up to 20 and hanging loads up to 120.
2. Sensitive Expansion
The device's innovative displacement control system incorporates spring elements such as rubber springs, PTFE pressure bearings, or inclined support members. This ensures uniform displacement and low friction during expansion and contraction, making each group highly responsive.
3. Smooth Bridge Deck and Comfortable Travel
Our device guarantees seamless expansion and contraction, ensuring that the bridge deck joints form a unified, smooth surface. This facilitates a comfortable and smooth driving experience for all vehicles.
4. Water Stopping and Corrosion Prevention
Featuring a neoprene rubber sealing strip embedded within the groove of each steel beam group, this product excels in elastic deformation, waterproofing, and dustproofing. It effectively shields the internal components and base bearings of the expansion joints from erosion.
5. Large Displacement and Convenient Selection
Designed and produced according to a modular system, this device offers displacement options ranging from 80 to 1200mm. This flexibility allows bridge design and construction departments to select the appropriate specifications based on the actual expansion and contraction requirements of the bridge superstructure.
Telescopic Resistance:
Single-Seam Expansion Joint
1. The compression force during contraction is 0.1KN/m.
2. The longitudinal shear force within the working range of the expansion joint is 2.0KN/m.
Multi-Seam Expansion Joint
1. The compression force during contraction is 0.1KN/m.
2. The tensile force during stretching is 4.0KN/m.
