Our Embedded Expansion Joint is specifically engineered for the crucial deformation joints in building floor structures. This robust system comprises cover plates, custom-made connecting angle steels, split steel plates, and either shear anchor bolts or U-shaped steel bars. The cover plate is intricately designed with three components: the left and right cover plates are embedded into the floor along with the connecting angle steel to form a solid protective edge and support. The central segment is a dynamic cover plate, where one side's connecting angle steel is secured with countersunk bolts, while the opposite side overlaps with the S side, allowing for free movement on the angle steel. This ensures the joint can seamlessly extend and retract horizontally.
