Our SZXYXC Aluminium Alloy Embedded Expansion Joint is expertly designed for use at the location of deformation joints within building floor structures. This sophisticated system primarily comprises cover plates, custom-made connecting angle steels, split steel plates, and robust shear anchor bolts or U-shaped steel bars. The cover plate system is ingeniously divided into three segments: the left and right cover plates integrate seamlessly with the floor and connecting angle steel to provide a protective edge and support. Meanwhile, the middle section features a dynamic, movable cover plate. One side of this connecting angle steel is firmly secured with countersunk bolts, while the opposite side overlaps with the S side, allowing for free movement along the angle steel. This advanced joint design enables horizontal expansion and retraction, ensuring adaptability and longevity.
