The Main Working Principle of Modular Multi-Group Sewing
1. Support Transmission System
As vehicles traverse the expansion and contraction device at high speeds, they generate both vertical and horizontal reactive forces. The central beam of the device is mounted on a supporting crossbeam that spans the main spacing, creating a robust force-bearing structure. This configuration efficiently channels the reactive forces to the edges of the device via pressure bearings, allowing the device to move freely in response to the bridge deck's expansion and contraction displacements.
2. Elastic Control System
Featuring a sliding contact surface between the supporting crossbeam and the pressure bearing, our elastic control system uses spring action to enable the expansion device to adapt seamlessly to the bridge's continuous deformation, maintaining uniform gaps. For seam widths exceeding 35mm, the sealing tape can be replaced without damaging the structure, ensuring long-term durability and performance.
3. Waterproofness
Precision-engineered sealing rubber strips effectively seal the gaps between steel beams and adjust smoothly to structural expansion and contraction. The rubber strip's beam end fits snugly within the steel profile's groove, ensuring a robust and durable seal that resists detachment.
