Our Suzhou Metal Expansion Joint System is engineered for optimal performance in building floor structures at deformation joints. This advanced system features a robust assembly of cover plates, precision-crafted connecting angle steels, split steel plates, and shear anchor bolts or U-shaped steel bars. The cover plate, uniquely designed with four S parts, embeds seamlessly with the connecting angle steel into the floor, creating durable edge protectors and supports. The core of this system consists of two interlocking movable cover plates fixed with countersunk bolts to the angle or T-shaped steel, allowing for both horizontal expansion and vertical displacement.
