Crafted with precision, the side beams and middle beams of this expansion joint utilize rolled 16Mn steel, designed to endure the vertical load of high-traffic, heavy vehicles, as well as horizontal impacts. The robust anchoring members, firmly welded to the embedded steel of the bridge deck, ensure that vehicular loads are securely transferred to the abutment. This results in a structure that is not only durable but also built to withstand design loads up to steam - over 20, and hanging - 120 of the bridge.
2, Sensitive expansion
The displacement control system of this advanced device integrates elements such as rubber springs, PTFE pressure bearings, and inclined support members. 5, Large displacement, convenient selection
Designed with flexibility in mind, the displacement range of this device spans from 80 to 1200mm, based on the modulus. This allows bridge design and construction departments the freedom to select the most appropriate size according to the actual expansion and contraction needs of the bridge superstructure.
