Description: 
Modular multi group joints have the advantages of reasonable structural design, large expansion and contraction, good waterproofing, beautiful appearance, high strength, long service life, and convenient installation and maintenance. Each group has a displacement of 0-80mm, and the number of groups is determined based on the actual displacement requirements of the bridge. The general range of expansion and contraction is 160-2000mm.
The main working principle of modular multi group sewing
1. Support transmission system
When vehicles traveling at high speeds pass through the expansion and contraction device, they generate vertical and horizontal reactions. The center beam of the expansion and contraction device is installed on the supporting crossbeam that spans the main spacing, and the two are combined to form a force bearing body. Through the pressure bearing, the reaction force of the expansion and contraction device is transmitted to the edge of the expansion and contraction device. At the same time, the expansion and contraction device moves freely in the direction of the bridge deck expansion and contraction displacement.
2. Elastic control system
The contact surface between the supporting crossbeam and the pressure bearing and compression bearing is a sliding surface. By controlling the action of the spring, the expansion device can adapt to the continuous deformation of the bridge and maintain even gaps. When the seam width is above 35mm, the sealing tape can be replaced without causing any damage to the structure.
3. Waterproofness
The precision designed sealing rubber strip can not only be used to seal the gaps between steel beams, but also adapt well to the expansion and contraction changes of the structure. The sealing rubber strip beam end is tightly matched with the groove of the steel profile, making it difficult to detach.
