Our innovative system, designed by Suzhou Xinyu New Material Technology Co., Ltd., is ideal for locating deformation joints in building floor structures. The system includes cover plates, specially made connecting angle steels, split steel plates, and shear anchor bolts or U-shaped steel bars.

 

The cover plate consists of three parts: left and right cover plates embedded in the floor with connecting angle steel for protection and support, and a movable middle cover plate. One side of the middle cover plate is fixed with countersunk bolts to the connecting angle steel, while the other side is freely movable, allowing horizontal extension and retraction of the joint.

 

With our system, you can ensure precise and efficient management of deformation joints in building floor structures, enhancing overall structural integrity and longevity.
