Our Aluminium Alloy Embedded Expansion Joint OEM SZXYXC is specifically engineered for the critical location of deformation joints in building floor structures. This comprehensive system primarily includes cover plates, custom-made connecting angle steels, split steel plates, and robust shear anchor bolts or U-shaped steel bars. The cover plate is a sophisticated assembly of three integral parts: the left and right cover plates seamlessly embed into the floor along with the connecting angle steel, forming a protective edge and support structure. The central section features a dynamic, movable cover plate; fixed on one side with countersunk bolts to the connecting angle steel, while the other side overlaps the S side, allowing free horizontal movement on the angle steel. This enables the joint to effortlessly extend and retract horizontally, accommodating structural shifts with ease.
