Features:

Crafted with rolled 16Mn steel for both side and middle beams, this expansion joint effortlessly withstands the vertical load of heavy and high-volume traffic as well as horizontal impacts. Its anchoring members are firmly welded to the embedded steel of the bridge deck, ensuring reliable load transfer to the abutment. This structural integrity makes it durable and suitable for design loads of over 20 steam and 120 hanging on bridges.
2. Sensitive Expansion
Equipped with a displacement control system composed of elements like rubber springs and PTFE pressure bearings, this device ensures uniform displacement. The low friction in each group guarantees smooth expansion and contraction.

Designed to allow free expansion and contraction, this device ensures that bridge deck joints form a seamless and smooth whole, providing a comfortable and smooth driving experience.
4. Water Stopping and Corrosion Prevention
Each group of steel beams features an embedded neoprene rubber sealing strip, processed according to the bridge width. This strip offers excellent elastic deformation, waterproofing, and dustproofing capabilities, effectively protecting the internal components and the sorghum bottom bearing from erosion.

1. The compression force during contraction is 0.1KN/m.
2. The tensile force when stretching is 4.0KN/m.
