Product Description
Bridge Expansion Joint, Modular Expansion Joint
Features:
1. Sturdy and Reliable
Crafted from high-quality rolled 16Mn steel, the side and middle beams of our expansion joint are built to endure the vertical load of high-volume, heavy-tonnage vehicles, as well as horizontal impacts. The anchoring components are meticulously welded to the embedded steel of the bridge deck, ensuring that the vehicle load is reliably transferred to the abutment. This results in a structurally sound and durable product, suitable for bridge designs accommodating steam loads over 20 and hanging loads up to 120.
2. Sensitive Expansion
Our advanced displacement control system incorporates spring elements such as rubber springs, PTFE pressure bearings, or inclined support members. This system ensures uniform displacement and minimal friction during expansion and contraction, providing smooth and efficient performance in each group.
3. Smooth Bridge Deck, Comfortable Traveling
This device guarantees the unrestricted expansion and contraction displacement of the beam, forming a seamless whole for the bridge deck joints. The result is a smooth and comfortable driving experience.
4. Water Stopping and Corrosion Prevention
Featuring neoprene rubber sealing strips embedded in the grooves of each steel beam group, this product offers exceptional elastic deformation, waterproofing, and dustproofing. These features effectively protect the internal components and bottom bearings of the expansion joints from corrosion and erosion.
5. Large Displacement, Convenient Selection
Designed and manufactured according to modulus, with displacement options ranging from 80 to 1200mm, this device allows bridge design and construction departments to select the appropriate size based on the actual expansion and contraction needs of the bridge superstructure.
Telescopic Resistance:
Single-Seam Expansion Joint
1. The compression force is 0.1KN/m during contraction.
2. The longitudinal shear force within the working range of the expansion joint is 2.0KN/m.
Multi-Seam Expansion Joint
1. Compression force during contraction is 0.1KN/m.
2. Tensile force when stretching is 4.0KN/m.
