The side beams and middle beams of this CSXYXC Customized Rubber Expansion Joint are meticulously crafted from rolled 16Mn steel. This robust material endows the joint with the ability to withstand the vertical loads of high-traffic, heavy-tonnage vehicles, and absorb horizontal impacts. The anchoring members, firmly welded to the embedded steel of the bridge deck, ensure that vehicle loads are reliably transferred to the abutment. This results in an expansion joint that is structurally sound, impressively durable, and ideally suited for bridges designed to carry steam - over 20 and hanging - 120 loads.
2. Sensitive Expansion
This device features a sophisticated displacement control system composed of spring elements like rubber springs, PTFE pressure bearings, or inclined support members. This ensures uniform displacement across all groups, minimizing friction during expansion and contraction.
3. Smooth Bridge Deck, Comfortable Traveling
Engineered to ensure the free expansion and contraction of the beam, this device also integrates the bridge deck joints into a seamless whole, providing a smooth and comfortable driving experience.
4. Water Stopping and Corrosion Prevention
Each steel beam group incorporates a neoprene rubber sealing strip embedded in its groove. This design not only provides excellent elastic deformation and waterproofing but also protects internal expansion joint components and the sorghum bottom bearing from erosion, ensuring longevity and reliability.
5. Large Displacement, Convenient Selection
Designed and manufactured according to specific modulus ranges, the displacement for this device spans from 80 to 1200mm. This allows bridge design and construction departments the flexibility to select the appropriate expansion and contraction specifications based on the superstructure's requirements.
